~ CONFIRMATION ~

A non refundable 50% deposit  is required to confirm the scheduled date and your invoice as well as these policies via our website is your contractual agreement.

 

~ MENU SELECTION ~

​

Final menu selection must be submitted prior to the deposit

 

~ GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT ~

​

Caterer will base the number of guests attending on the minimum number as stated on the agreement. Once minimum number is established the count may only be raised. Confirmation of any additional guests attending your function will be due one week prior to the event. If attendance should exceed the final number of guests guaranteed, client will be responsible for the balance at the conclusion of the event.

 

~ PAYMENT SCHEDULE ~

Food Prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed after a non refundable 50% deposit is made. The entire balance shall be due no later than 10 days prior to the event to avoid late fees. Late fees are 15% of your full invoice total. If payment still hasn’t been received by the 7days prior to the event date the agreement will be terminated no exceptions . We try our best to keep in touch however  we're not responsible or obligated to give courtesy calls, final payments are the clients responsibility.

 

~ MENU CHANGES ~

If menu changes are need the chef must know 30 days prior to the date of the event. If there’s a late notice there will be a up-charge of $300 to make the changes.

 

~ SALES TAX & SERVICE CHARGE ~

​

There is an 6.5% taxable Service Charge. Per Georgia Sales Tax Regulation, Sales and Use Tax will be applicable on all services rendered by caterer, rental, food, beverage and service charges.

 

~ CANCELLATIONS ~

Your deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded if the function should cancel. If notice of cancellation is received less than one week prior to the event, the entire amount of the function will be due. If cancellation is discussed prior to the one week then we will hold your deposit and you can use it towards a different event within the same year.

 

~ VIDEOS AND IMAGES ~

By booking with Chelle The Catering Cutie you are giving us consent to use any videos or images. They will be used for business exposure and promotional purposes. 

 

~ GRATUITY ~

Tip is not included in our Service Charge and therefore at your discretion.

 

~ LIABILITY ~

The Caterer assumes no liability with regard to loss of deposit or loss or damage of any personal property of the Host, its exhibitors or guests
